I’ve spent a good part of my day working on my Securely Attached guided journal. It’s a little overwhelming to rehash about my early childhood… And even mores, I’ve felt a sense of “Ah ha! So that’s why…” It shouldn’t be so hard to accept that two individuals are not representative of all humanity. So why can’t my brain just… reprogram or rewire now that I know that?
